Aggression Towards Humans

About a year ago I bought a badly abused horse. At first he seemed to be well mannered and gentle, but when we healed his wounds and got him up to his full weight, he turned into a monster. All the bad habits he'd learned from his previous owners came out in full force. To begin with, he would turn his back end to the gate whenever we tried to enter his paddock. It was like a cocked pistol waiting for the trigger to be pulled. I had to bug him with a whip for up to five minutes before he would move. Then when I entered the paddock I had to threaten him with a whip just to keep him from running me down.

This horse has bitten almost everyone who has come near him. He has also tried to kick me on several occasions. I could go on and on about his bad habits, but I think you can see what I was up against. This was a serious situation, and I had to do something. None of the conventional disciplines had any effect on him; in fact, they seemed to make him worse. This horse was a danger to himself and to me. I received a catalog in the mail and in it was an ad for the ViceBreaker. It sounded like it might be just the ticket. I got the ViceBreaker about two weeks ago, and the transformation was miraculous. He no longer puts his rear end to the gate, nor do I have to carry a lunge whip when I walk into his paddock, in fact, now he waits placidly for me.

Another added benefit is that he hasn't bitten anyone or shown his teeth for over a week. I'm working on his ears; they were always laid back against his head. I have never seen or heard of anything that works so fast and humanely to break bad habits. The best part is he doesn't know the sensation he's feeling is caused by me. Half the time he can't even see me; all he knows is when he does this or that, something crawls on his neck and bites him.

The ViceBreaker is a Godsend. I would recommend it to anyone who has a problem child on their ranch or farm, whether they have one horse or a thousand. The ViceBreaker is a dream come true! Thank you so much for inventing the ViceBreaker. It will save hundreds of problem horses lives by making them acceptable to the average horse owner. Thank you for this magnificent solution.

Sincerely,

Here is another letter you can add to your list. I cannot believe how great this works! I am an ex-Humane Officer and I can say this is the best thing on the market yet for corrections of aggression towards people, horses and other animals.

I have a 9-month-old stud colt that I plan on keeping as a stallion. (APHA, Citas Gambling Ghost). We had one major problem, BITING AND NO HEARD MANNERS. I tried every possible way to break him of his biting. One day my husband went in his pen and LO and BEHOLD that colt bit him on the arm. He said 'that's it, we're ordering the ViceBreaker'. I just said OK.

When I received it, I read the manual front to back and was anxious to get started. I will recommend that you use a neck sweat with it. It seems to help the device stay in place better on babies. I have to admit I did set him up the first time. I bent over to pick something up. He reached out to bite me and I let him have it. He spun around and swished his tail and looked at me like, 'Did you do that?' He is a whole different animal. Thanks to ViceBreaker, I don't have to cut this nice colt. Next we will work on his herd manners. Thank you ViceBreaker!

I recently purchased your ViceBreaker collar and have had great results. I own a very aggressive Quarter Horse who would pin his ears and come after anyone who came into the pasture. He would pin his ears and try to bite me while being fed, charge at people and knock them down if they came toward him in the pasture, and try to bite me every time I saddled him. After just two days with the ViceBreaker collar, he's a new horse. I can walk out into the pasture and pet him. He is very nice a feeding time and no longer gives me a hard time during saddling.

I was to the point where after seven years of this behavior; I was fed up with him. He's a great horse to ride and very nice looking so I really wanted to cure these dangerous habits. Thanks to the ViceBreaker, I have. I 'm SO glad I saw your ad in the Western Horseman and I highly recommend this device to anyone with a horse like this. Thank you very much.
